Max Masure is a community-centered User Experience Researcher, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant, Author, and Public Speaker.

Max worked in tech for 15 years, focusing on human-centered and nature-centered design, community-led initiatives, and the liberation of underrepresented communities. Max regularly speaks and hosts workshops about inclusion, imposter syndrome, ethics, and transformative culture. They have consulted and collaborated with the United Nations, Doctors Without Borders, and global corporate leaders, and were named one of the most influential leaders of DEI in 2019 and 2020 by Hive Learning and Engati CX in 2021.

Max started to live their authentic life as a transmasculine person when they turned 36. Originally from France, they now live in the land of the Lenape, also known as Brooklyn, NY, with their kid and cat.

Max is available for talks and workshops about imposter syndrome and inclusion. They have consulted and collaborated with the United Nations, Doctors Without Borders, and global corporate leaders, and were named one of the most influential leaders of DEI in 2019 and 2020 by Hive Learning and Engati CX in 2021. They are currently advising the Service Design Network Organization as a founding member of their Diversity, Education, and Inclusion Advisory Board.
